1. Event Period
The event will run from October 23, 2026, to October 31, 2026.

2. How It Works
Complete eligible actions to earn draw chances and collect "Candy" or "Pumpkins". Use these event items to redeem rewards from the Prize Pool.

Log In: Earn 1 draw chance.
Share the Event: Earn 1 draw chance.
Visit the Vivosun App: Earn 1 additional draw chance.
Place an Order: Earn 1 "Pumpkin" with a qualifying purchase.
Refer a Friend: Earn 1 "Pumpkin" when a friend completes a qualifying purchase through your referral link. You will also earn Referral points. Check the Referral Program for more details.

Each draw randomly awards "Candy" or "Pumpkins" in varying quantities. Different quantities have different probabilities. Pumpkins earned through purchases or referrals are awarded directly. Canceled orders and invalid referral orders do not qualify for rewards.

3. Available Rewards
Rewards may include Vivosun Points, discount coupons, and selected Vivosun products.

Each reward requires a specified amount of "Candy" or "Pumpkins", as displayed in the Prize Pool.

4. Product Redemption
Redeemed products will be added to your cart at $0. They must be purchased with at least one other eligible regular product during the event. They cannot be purchased separately and will ship with your qualifying order.

Unclaimed product rewards will be forfeited when the event ends.

5. Additional Terms

a) "Candy" and "Pumpkins" can only be earned through eligible actions, qualifying purchases, or valid referrals during the event.

b) Self-referrals are prohibited, including referrals using the same email address, IP address, or browser session. Invalid referrals will not qualify for rewards.

c) Rewards are available while supplies last. Redeemed rewards cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred, except where required by law.

d) Redeemed product rewards are not eligible for additional discounts, including spend-based promotions, multi-item discounts, or coupon offers, unless otherwise specified.

e) Points and discount coupons are subject to their respective terms and expiration dates, if applicable.

f) Vivosun reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion and disqualify fraudulent or abusive participation.

g) Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules and the applicable Vivosun Terms of Use.
